Our Front of House team members will probably be the first people you come across at House of Savannah Salon & Spa in Newcastle. They will offer you a warm welcome, answer your queries and book you in for your appointments.
Perhaps you’re also after information about a service, or you’d like to buy a gift certificate, or a specific hair or beauty product … our receptionists are on hand to help.
You aim will be to ensure the smooth-running of all appointments, maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests, and offering exceptional customer service to every guest.
You will be expected to have excellent communications skills, both face to face, on the phone and via email. We also look for people who work well in a team and are super organised.
In return, you will be provided with training to ensure you fully understand the products and services we offer at House of Savannah. We will also help you with your on-going training and development.
