If you are a regular guest, you might find it more convenient to book your next appointment on departure to ensure you can see your usual stylist, colourist or beauty therapist. Have you had your allergy test? Patch tests are compulsory by law for hair colour, eye treatments and selected specialist hair services (for first time visits, if you haven’t had the service for more than 6 months or if medical history changes). This must be done a minimum of 48 hours prior. For HD Brows, a patch test has to be done at least 48 hours prior to each service.

When making your booking, please inform us if you require a particular level of Service Provider or price range. If you would like a price quote, we will be happy to give this. Not all services are available with all levels.
We kindly ask guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to facials, massages, body treatments and Spa Days.
We always endeavour to accommodate you, however, late arrivals may result in treatment times being cut down and charged at the original cost.
A 50% deposit is required for spa bookings of 1 hour or more and selected hair appointments. 100% deposit is required for group bookings.
Promotions are subject to terms & conditions and subject to availability.
24-48 hours cancellation notice is required, dependent upon treatment type, or guests will incur 50% – 100% charge (depending on treatment and booking type). If you fail to arrive for a booking, your deposit will be charged. Deposits are none refundable for hair extensions.
Selected treatments cannot be performed on children under 17. Children are not permitted in our Spa Lounge. General spa etiquette applies.
Blow Dry services are compulsory following any hair colour or Specialist service.
